It was just a fitting option for a short visit in Paris with great value for the money. I was kinda surprised that the reception staff went out of their way to help me find a nearby café when I asked for recommendations. Make sure to check the shower before use to avoid issues like water spraying unexpectedly.

It totally exceeded my expectations for a budget-friendly hotel in paris. The staff was super helpful, and the location made it easy for my kids to play while we explored nearby cafes.
the bathroom felt a bit cramped.

The hotel is located in a charming neighborhood with easy access to transportation.
We encountered several annoying issues . The bathmat was missing some days, and, made our post-shower routine inconvenient. The paper cups for drinks felt quite cheap. It would have been nicer to have proper mugs or cups.

The Hotel staff were wonderful- friendly, helpful - even though we arrived late and left early! The hotel itself is funky and fun, squeezed in cleverly to a small inner city space. The smell of baking bread on the street in the morning from the boulangere next door was fabulous. A great cafe on the corner and 1 block from the metro made the location absolutely perfect to explore Paris.
Beds were not comfortable - very low and very soft. Too many beds were crammed into our room so that there was no space left to move. We were a double but the room had a double and a single beds and we had trouble negotiating the very narrow space remaining. Take out the single bed and it would be a great room.

Very helpful and pleasant staff, who all spoke English. They tried their best to help me when my credit cards were stolen. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that service. The bed was comfortable and the room large. I was on the 6th floor in the largest room with a partial view of the street through two skylights. The bathroom was and elevator was very small as previous travellers have mentioned. An excellent location within walking distance to a metro station which connects to Gare du Nord. There are plenty of shops nearby including a supermarket across the street.
Area is very noisy at night with people playing on motorbikes and generally making noise. The cleaning service was very variable ranging from just a quick clean to one day (a Sunday) my room was cleaned and my items in the room (not particularly messy) were all rearranged and practically packed away. I'm a little uncomfortable with that level of interference. But all in all I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Let me just say, the noise at night was positively awful! Definitely not the calm retreat promised. Then, when I asked for a room change or an upgrade for the inconvenience, I was met with blank stares. To think I almost wrote a nice review, but then it all fell apart. What a letdown.

The location is great! Its just 5 mins walk to metro(jacques bonsergent m-5) and 10 mins(republique m-8) and its very accessible to anything(grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, kfc). The neighborhood is very safe and the hotel staff (candy and anna) are very friendly and speak good english. I will definitely stay again on this hotel if I will go back to Paris..

Stayed in a triple-bed room for one night before departing on an international flight from CDG Airport. The location was convenient for access to the airport, right next to the metro stop. The room was everything that you'd want as a traveller on a budget. The staff were polite and attentive, and the room and common areas well-presented and clean.

Had a lovely time here! Enjoyed having a small sofa by the window and the coffee was refilled daily. Just a heads-up, bathroom space was a bit tight.

We stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was reliable and impeccably clean, with strategic location very close to Jacques Bonsergent Metro station. Very good service, thoroughly enjoyed it. Moreover, we parked nearby.
